Wire guidance has become the preferred solution to guiding lift trucks at optimum speeds through narrow and very narrow aisles. Not only is wire guidance less costly than rail guided systems, it reduces maintenance and increases storage space. This is accomplished by eliminating the bottom load beams and aisle-entry devices that reduce storage space on ground levels with rail guided systems.
The patented, no-tune intelliguide system offers excellent tracking and stability without the need for adjustment and engages the guide wire quickly and easily on the warehouse floor.

Reduce operator fatigue:
- Secures driver control through built-in speed limiting devices.
- Provides automatic slowdown to creep speed anytime the truck heading angle deviates off center (wire) 1 1/2" x 1 1/2 degree.
- Initiate the automatic stop if a deviation of 3" or 3 degrees or greater occurs.
- Helps operators to lock on the wire through audible and visual information.
- Reduces concerns exiting the aisle at full speed through the optional end-of-aisle slowdown
